New OC: Sukiko 4.5

Sukiko fights alongside Inuha to defend the citizens of Shibuya. (Though she was originally programmed to do the opposite) Despite having almost the exact physical form of a robot, at heart (which she does have) she is a teenage girl with a great sense of Justice. Like Inuha though, she is not seen as a hero, but rather something to fear. She is simply referred to as 4.5 by the citizens.

In combat, she is able to analyze her opponents abilities and morph her weapon into the tool in her arsenal that would best fit the fight.
